Based in Bordeaux, Clarac-Deloeuil > le lab is a creative arts company that works in opera and installation art with the most notable European cultural institutions (La Monnaie-De Munt Brussels, Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Staatstheater Nürnberg, Theater Freiburg, Fundaçao Gulbenkian Lisbon, Casa da Musica Porto, Teatro Massimo Palerme, Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte di Montepulciano, Gran Teatre del Liceu, ABAO Bilbao, Brussels Philharmonic, Opéra National de Paris, Opéra Comique, Cité de la Musique, Opéra Orchestre National de Montpellier, Opéra National de Bordeaux, Opéra de Limoges, Opéra de Rouen Normandie, Opéra de Toulon, Musica Festival Strasbourg, Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers).
Our team maintains that the live arts are nothing without its audience. That is why our form of dramatic art focuses on the works chosen, but also on the location and social environment in which they will be presented. Each project is conceived of site-specifically, and by the mixing of media, explores the current theatricality of opera and classical music.

In June 2018, Clarac-Deloeuil > le lab is awarded "Meilleur créateur d'éléments scèniques" of the year by the French Association Professionnelle de la Critque de Théâtre, Musique et Danse. The prize goes to Peer Gynt, Schubert Box and Butterfly, all produced at the Opéra de Limoges.

Upcoming productions: Trilogia Mozart - Da Ponte (La Monnaie-De Munt Brussels, Teatro Massimo Palermo); Haendel's Serse (Opéra de Rouen Normandie); Haydn's Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross (Staatstheater Hannover); Verdi's Il Trovatore (Opéra National du Rhin); Grieg's Peer Gynt (Opéra de Limoges).
